Cecelia was born in Las Vegas, Nevada to parents serving in the armed forces. Living throughout the United States provided many life experiences, with Cecelia ultimately setting
down roots in Central Florida.
Education
Cecelia graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration.
Cecelia earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law,
where she received a book award in Motions and Depositions, recognizing her as the highest-ranked student in the class. While in law school, Cecelia served on the executive board for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Society and also worked as a legal extern for a prominent Florida 18th Judicial Circuit Court judge.
Experience
In 2019 Cecelia began her legal career with Cipparone & Cipparone working in several capacities while completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida. While in law school, Cecelia was a law clerk with the firm and thereafter joined Cipparone & Cipparone as an attorney in 2024.
Cecelia’s exposure to various legal fields and ability to work in many diverse areas of law has shaped her approach to the practice of law. She has broadened and developed a nuanced understanding of transactional law tailored to meet the needs of her business clients.
Outside of the office, Cecelia balances her professional legal career with a fulfilling family life. She is an avid equestrian and enjoys spending time on the family ranch where she calls home.
