Cecelia was born in Las Vegas, Nevada to parents serving in the armed forces. Living throughout the United States provided many life experiences, with Cecelia ultimately setting
down roots in Central Florida.
Education
Cecelia graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration.
Cecelia earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law,
where she received a book award in Motions and Depositions, recognizing her as the highest-ranked student in the class. While in law school, Cecelia served on the executive board for the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Society and also worked as a legal extern for a prominent Florida 18th Judicial Circuit Court judge.
Experience
Since 2019, Cecelia has worked at Cipparone and Cipparone in several capacities. Cecelia’s
exposure and ability to work in many diverse areas of law has broadened her practical experience in various legal fields.
Outside of her professional career, Cecelia is an avid equestrian and enjoys spending time on the
family ranch where she calls home.
